Mystic Misery
8 Aug 2019
Looking at the setting sun
inviting the moon to shine with its glory,
the beast within her purred in happiness
setting the roaring fire inside her free,
to explore the mysteries of
an enigmatic dark world
full of miseries.

Her legs moved in rhythm,
the beats blasting all over.
Her body swayed feeling the words
Her eyes sparkled listening to the music.
Yet, they just saw her still frame
sitting in a chair, oblivious of fun.
Maybe their eyes could not see the expression,
the beats blasting all over.

Her eyes sparkled listening to the music.
Yet, they just saw her still frame
sitting in a chair, oblivious of fun.
Maybe their eyes could not see the expression,
she could enjoy more than they ever did.

Fall
23 Aug 2019
The meteor shower was going on .
And she was there —sitting
under the same glistening sky
rising against her fear,
her fear of fall
seeing the beauty of falling stars
getting admired by all.

Shadow

"Will you be my friend?"
She stared amusement dancing in her eyes.
A long silence prevailed.
"Why?" she asked.
And her shadow replied,
"Cause your eyes are shining
and I am afraid of the dark."

Goodbye
19 Nov 2019
" je t'aime " whispered someone,
"je t'aime aussi" came back a reply instant.
and she?
She could just smile, under the dark
hiding the name engraved in her heart
and accepting the unsaid goodbye,
listening to him calling his endearment to her,
"mon amour "
to someone other than her.
