She wished to falling stars while collecting the shells,
Stars are still there, admiring themselves in heart of sea,
It's just she, who has become, a fading memory.

tear-stained cheeks and puffy face,
red eyes and chapped lips,
and that's when she heard-
heard her inner soul speak
Hey girl, flowers wither too
but they are just fading,

Smiling, humming, exploring.

when those waves overwhelmed her
and imprisoned those innocent smiles,
detaining her small steps
from knowing adventures of life.
