The memories are a blur but cries are all over.
Eyes held tears and sympathy for her
But again, her pleads reached deaf ears.
Then, no one was for her
Now, it's all in her nights as nightmares
Who knew the girl with such a beautiful smile
Radiating love all over
Has a heart lacking even a pinch of comfort.

don't know where
just lost somewhere.
Not in dark, not in real
maybe in her thoughts,
thoughts absurd.
She smiled, wanted to cry
She is free, yet felt captive
It's crowd, she is alone
It's just her thoughts she says
Just don't think, she reminds herself.

Realization struck her,
it's blank with no pondering.
In the very moment, she knows,
She wants to get lost,
not as a lost wanderer
who reaches somewhere someday

that left her eye at night.
Stars kept the note of every confession
she made under starlight.
Stars scribbled about every misery

She is not a cube of ice, to melt by your words.
She is not fire, to burn you for your works.
She is not a prisoner, caged between the walls.
She is not a free bird, flying all over.
She is not a glass doll, protected by all.
She is not a thorn, disgraced by all.
A normal girl she is, having expectations from life.
A normal girl she is, carrying a million dreams in the eye.
But she is the girl who knows in life
expectations are exceptions, away from reality
which is like being stabbed by a sharp knife repeatedly.
